Pay: £8.00 – 9.50 per hour basic hours (PAYE) 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to work on a Temporary contract covering Holidays, sickness and/or busy periods..

The role of HGV Class 2 Driver involves delivering and collection of palletised goods around the Yorkshire area. You will be making sure the deliveries are loaded correctly onto the curtain side vehicle in a correct and safe manner. You will be required to complete deliveries within a strict time scale and within your driving hours, complete paperwork such as delivery notes, carry out vehicle and load checks and be polite and courteous to customers upon your delivery point. As you will be the face and image of the company, you must be of a smart and presentable apprearance at all times.

The shifts are Monday to Friday.

The starting pay rate is £8.00 to 9.50 per hour.

We are looking for HGV Class 2 Delivery Drivers who have the following requirements:

• A valid UK HGV Class 2 (C) driving licence held for 1 years+
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
• No DR10, DD, TT99 codes on your licence
• Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience
• A digital tachograph card
• A CPC Card
• A sat nav
