Our client based in Thorp Arch is looking to recruit several 7.5 Tonne Drivers to start immediately. The client is a market leader and supply stage and bespoke sets to venues across the UK. The company pride themselves on excellent customer service and are looking for people who “go the extra mile”.
The role is a varied driving role and the applicant should possess the following:
• A clean driving license which is class C1 or above
• A a driver qualification and digital tachograph card
• Experience driving LGV’s in busy city and town centres
• Experience in working in a multi drop role
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good initiative and problem solving skills
• The ability to use small hand held tools and to be able to make small repairs and touch ups to props and equipment where needed
• The desire to go above and beyond wherever possible for our clients
The role involves dealing with customers face to face so we expect people to have exceptional customer service skills.
The role is predominantly delivering to venues across the UK so there may be requirements to work evening and weekend so we need flexible people.
Sometimes you will be expected to help out in the work shop and warehouse.
There are full and part time positions available.
