Warehouse Operative Permanent

Requirements

We are recruiting for a permanent, full-time warehouse operative, ideally with 1 years warehouse experience.  FLT licence an advantage but not essential.   Applicants must have their own transport as there is no public transport access to site.

Hours

Basic 37.5 a week plus 30 mins unpaid lunch between 8.30am and 4.30pm.  Overtime may be available which is paid at time and a half.

Salary

On starting £18,000 (£9.23/hr) rising to minimum of £18,757 (£9.62/hr) depending on experience on completion of successful 12-week probation.

Duties:

  • Picking and packing of orders.
  • Processing orders on courier system, generating despatch labels.
  • Receiving and despatching stock.
  • Stock movement and replenishment
  • Stock counts and investigating discrepancies found.
