Our ever expanding York branch is looking for a Personable, Hardworking individual to join our team as a Trainee Payroll administrator on an Apprenticeship basis.
This is a rare and fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a role in which they can develop and progress within their career. The successful candidate will be enrolled onto an apprenticeship scheme through YH Training.
This role would involve working from Monday to Friday, 08.30am until 17.00pm. The starting wage for this position is £6.75ph with a positive review after the first 6 months.
Once full trained the duties for this role will include but not be limited to;
Completing the weekly payroll for temporary staff which involves sending and receiving timesheets, collating hours and data inputting.
Answering telephone calls within the department and redirecting them
Checking Compliance information
Entering information onto our database
Filing
To be a successful applicant you must hold grades A* – C in English and Maths GCSE or above. It is essential that you have good IT skills & a good telephone manner.
This role can sometimes be fast paced with specific deadlines that must be met so you must be able to work well under pressure.
After the 12 month apprenticeship period there will be the opportunity to become a full time employee at MYNT Recruitment and progress within your role.
