Temporary Customer Commercial Co-Ordinator Temporary

An opportunity has risen for a Customer Commercial Co-Ordinator to join our client who is a growing manufacturing company based in Hull. This is a temporary role which is expected to last 6 to 8 weeks, but could be longer.

THE PACKAGE & BENEFITS

• Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5.00pn and Friday 8.30am to 1.00pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch (in total 36hrs per week)
• Hourly rate £10.68
• The job may last 6 to 8 weeks (sickness cover)

THE ROLE & DUTIES

As a Customer Commercial Co-Ordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to

• Customer service; ability to be both supportive and capable of managing difficult situations non-face to face to enable a satisfactory resolution for the customer
• Administration skills
• Despatch checking of orders
• Planning and Organising
• Attention to detail
• Impeccable organisational and time management skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills including confident telephone manner and professional written communications.

This role would suit someone who has strong organisational skills, who likes speaking to suppliers, internal teams and customers, someone who likes to have variety in their day-to-day working life.
