Sewing Machinist Permanent

Mynt Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced sewing machinists to join our well estalished client based within the S66 area of Rotherham, this an exciting opportunity as the company is currently expereincing a rapid period of growth.

The role will include:

• Following instructions for each sewing job
• Using a range of machine programs and machines, such as overlockers, hemmers and bar tackers, to carry out a range of tasks and produce different finishes
• Guiding the material through the machine, correcting any mistakes as you go
• Altering machine settings to suit the type of material and finish required
• Checking that a finished article matches the pattern instructions

• Hours of work are: Monday – Friday 7am till 4pm

We are looking for somebody who:

• Has sewing experience
• Ideally drives and has their own transport due to the location of the company.
