Sales Coordinator Permanent

Sales Coordinator required in the Doncaster area (DN4) on a permanent basis.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, flexible start and finish times within the core company hours. For example ideally 8am – 4pm or 9am -5pm

Salary: to start at £23,000

Job duties of the Sales Coordinator to include:

• Processing sales orders and dealing with general admin duties of the customer accounts
• Processing and resolving aftersales enquiries and claims
• Providing customer service and technical support
• Check stock availability with the purchasing/planning team
• Communicating directly with customers on all aspects of their orders (deliver, stock availability etc.)
• Dealing with escalated issues and providing feedback to the customers
• Contacting customers with sales and promotional offers
• Any other duties that see fit
