Sales Administrator required in the S9 area of Sheffield on a permanent basis.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am – 4:30pm
Salary: To start between £22,000 – £24,000 depending on experience.

Job duties of the Sales Administrator include:
Dealing with all incoming calls appropriately
Contacting customers based within the UK and Europe, dealing with orders and order queries
Updating and processing sales orders with transport booking
Up selling items
Working with Sage and Microsoft Office
General admin duties such as filing, printing and scanning paperwork
We are looking for someone who:
Is ideally able to communicate fluently in Urdu
Has Sales Admin or Customer Service experience
Has Sage experience (isn’t necessary but would be ideal)
Has experience of working within a small team
