SALES ADMINISTRATOR Permanent

Sales Administrator required for our growing client based in the DN5 area on a permanent basis.

Hours of work:  Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

Salary: To start at £23,000

Job duties of the Sales Administrator to include:

• Telephone and sales email enquiries
• Providing quotes
• Carrying out follow up calls on previously generated quotations
• Assisting the sales team when required
• Order processing
• Sales and research canvassing via email and telephone
• Processing new purchase orders
• Invoicing orders
• Chasing payments and generating statements
• Data entry
• Monitoring the production progress of existing orders
