We are recruiting for a well-established manufacturing business over in the Pocklington area, they are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their busy team.
The ideal candidate will be working Monday-Friday 08.30-17.00pm, but must have flexibility longer term.
The salary for this position is subject to experience, but will be in the region of £18,000-£19,000 PA. There will be a rise on successful completion of training.
Your duties will be but not limited too;
• Processing sales orders
• Identifying and resolving any queries and reporting back to customer
• Using standard or customer specific price lists where applicable respond to sales enquiries
• Recording and maintaining files on all quotations and their supporting details
• Record and maintain logs on all incoming enquiries
• Liaise and maintain good and professional working relationships with existing customers.
• Pro-actively provide customers with updates on their orders and delivery dates.
• Answer telephone quickly & courteously
• Sending out literature, samples and other such information as may be required.
