Mynt Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our expanding client based in Rotherham.
The Sales Administrator role is an integral position within the business, you will be responsible for creating effective sales quotations and tenders, as well as order processing and supporting communication with company wide stakeholders and external customers.
Within this position you will take responsibility for maintaining close communication with clients and the external sales.
This is a permanent full time positon, hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.
The salary is to range between £20,000 – £25,000 dependent upon experience.
Job duties will involve but aren’t limited to:
General administration duties such as handling all incoming calls, reception duties, maintaining office supplies and booking suitable hotels and flights for members of the Management Team
Handling deliveries
Arranging customer visits
Handle and distribute sales leads
Producing CRM quotes
CRM reports and updates
Providing a professional presence
General Field Sales Team and Sales Director admin support
General Technical Manager and Product Specialist admin support
A successful applicant will have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience within sales and administration
Experience of using CRM system
SAGE experience
