MYNT Recruitment are expanding their team and are now recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to come and join our team in Hull.                     

MYNT Recruitment specialises in recruiting for temporary and permanent staff in the manufacturing, engineering and industrial sectors. We have been operating since 2004 and have grown year on year.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking to recruit a driven and ambitious person who is eager to succeed. Ideally you will be someone who thrives in a sales environment and loves winning new business and exceeding targets. Most of all, we want someone who is a team player, hard working and fun loving.We’re looking for someone with previous recruitment experience or business to business sales experience, with good customer service and IT skills and holds a Full UK Driving licence with a car. 

The role

The Recruitment Consultant role involves working in our busy offices in Hull town centre with our long established team.
You will be making business to business sales calls, attending meetings, interviewing candidates, writing adverts, dealing with customers and candidates. The role is varied and fast paced and you will need to be well organised with good IT skills.

What’s on offer

If you are successful, we will offer a competitive salary and OTE for the first year between £25k to £30k per annum. We offer a very attractive bonus structure including profit share, new business bonus and permanent placement bonus. Regular Training and development will be provided such as sales training, CRM training and we will enrol you on a professional recruitment course called CERT RP.
