We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist based in the S63 area of Goldthorpe on a permanent basis.
This is a full time position working Monday – Friday, 9am till 5pm with the pay to start at £18,000 per annum.
This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company with various development opportunities; you will be working within a friendly team and will be the first point of contact for all callers and visitors to site.
Receptionist job duties:
Meeting and greeting all visitors and clients to site
Data input, processing and checking of paperwork including reports, letter writing and database work
Photocopying, filing and scanning documents
Booking meetings
Dealing with all incoming calls and re-directing them correctly
Collecting of post and distributing accordingly
Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area and arranging any maintenance required
