An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Quality Controller to work out of our clients Head Office based in Rotherham.
Job Description:
· Completing all tasks assigned by management, ensuring all products are of high quality and are in line with safety processes and procedures
· Advising operational teams and colleagues on product standards and specifications
· Trimming and making amendments to items as and when needed
· Identifying and eliminating any quality problems to ensure that all requirements are met, which will include supporting with internal audits
· Ensuring that the external customers’ products are to the required standard with no errors and full traceability
· Minimising and preventing the loss of sales and profit due to product recall
· Complete daily assessments of products from each production run and then communicate the results and actions of these panels to the manager, team leaders and/or appropriate work
As well as the above, you will have the ability to flexibly support all areas of the business where required, to ensure that service levels are consistently met.
You must.
Be able to work with computers via inputting data.
Have good communication skills
