The company have been operating for over 40 years, since the pandemic their order book has gone through the roof.
We are looking for the King or Queen of Multi Tasking!!
The office is extremely busy and we need someone who can hit the ground running, one minute you might be taking a phone call about a new project the next minute your chasing invoices!
Your new role
You will take ownership of a varied and fast paced workload and be responsible for a range of duties however your main focus will be:
• Providing administrative support for Management
• Liaising with Training providers to arrange health and safety training for all site staff
• Scheduling staff to ensure there is sufficient cover on construction sites at all times
• Typing of letters
• Chasing and collating documentation and paperwork from site staff
• Maintaining an up to date record and database of all operational sites
• Assist in the organisation and set up of new projects
What you’ll need to succeed In order to be successful, you must have experience in a fast paced administrative role, experience within the construction industry would be an advantage but not essential.
You must be able to take ownership of a varied workload, prioritising tasks in order of importance. Exceptional organisational and communication skills are vital in this role. Excellent IT skills and a working knowledge of MS Office, particularly, Word and Excel are essential.
