Production Operative Temporary

Our client, based on the outskirts of York are looking to recruit several food production operatives join their manufacturing company. The company itself has undergone a lot of investment in new products and machinery and are looking to invest heavily in expanding their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company

The company work with a variation of Food products.

In this Food Production Operative role you will;

• Ideally have experience in food handling and processing
• Have superior standards of personal hygiene
• Have your own transport due to the location
• Quality checking on the production line and removing defective items
• Keeping machines supplied with packaging materials and labels
• Reporting machine faults to shift supervisors and maintenance staff
• Making minor adjustments to machine settings to handle changes from one type of product or container to another
• Packing product ready for dispatch

WK 1 -06.00 -14.00 Monday – Friday – weekend off

WK 2 -22.00-06.00 Monday – Friday Weekend 18.00 -06.00 Saturday Night & Sunday Night

WK 3- 14.00-22.00 Monday – Friday weekend 6.00-18.00 Saturday & Sunday

This role is paid at £9.00 ph.
