Mynt Recruitment are currently recruiting for a part time Production Administrator to work at a prestigious printing company based in Rotherham. The company are well known in their indutry and staff retention and moral are at the forefront of their mind. They are now working on brand new contracts and therefore need a switched on and motivated administrator to join their team to assist the growth of their business.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 12pm to 4:30pm. The hours are expected to be increased to full time hours in the near future working 8am to 4:30pm
The hourly rate is £8.90 / hour and will increase with length of service.
Main duties of the role include:
Processing customer orders using bespoke software
Answering customer queries via telephone, email or face to face
Working with the production and distribution department to get updates on customer orders
Answering the phone and providing excellent customer service at all times
General administration duties such as filing, scanning and data input
The ideal candidate must:
Have experience using Microsoft Word Packages
Be IT literate
Have previous administration experience
Have excellent customer service
Be inquisitive and ready to learn
