A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Production Administrator to join our client who is a growing manufacturing company based in Hull.
THE PACKAGE & BENEFITS
Working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Hours are negotiable;
Maximum would be 7:00 – 16:00 with 30 min lunch break (25.5 hours)
Minimum would be 9:00 – 15:00 with 30 min lunch break (16.5 hours)
Free onsite parking
Pay would be Salaried, but the equivalent of £12/Hour for the 1st 3 Months, and pending successful training would move to £12.75 per hour
THE ROLE & DUTIES
As a Production Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Answering incoming phone calls
Speaking with suppliers and customers
Putting callers through to the relevant manager
Processing invoices
Scanning/Copying/ Printing/Filing/Emailing
Use software programs
Scheduling meetings and appointments
General Office support to the team
Helping with production plan
This role would suit someone who has strong organisational skills, who likes speaking to suppliers, internal teams and customers, someone who likes to have variety in their day-to-day working life.
