Production Operative

Hull, East Yorkshire

Salary: £ 8.50 per hour

Full time role

We are recruiting for production operatives to join a busy and expanding manufacturing company in the Melton area near Hull. The company is an international manufacturing company and they are expanding and looking to grow their production team.

Due to location you need to have to have your own transport

The Role

The role will involve picking materials, adding them to mixing machinery, operating machinery, completing quality checks, completing paper work and heavy lifting. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a large manufacturing company and learn some excellent skills. There is training available and the ability to advance in the company.

Requirements

We are looking for a people who have;

• Any Production, Labouring or Assembly work experience

• A strong work ethic and a good attendance record.

• Must use own initiative working in small teams and independently

• The desire to learn new skills and listen to instruction from line leader and supervisor

• MUST be able to work a three shift system (including night shift)

Salary

The pay is £8.50 per hour for the first 42.50 hours per week. Then any overtime hours are paid at £12.75 p/hr ( overtime is available every week). This rises to £9.05 per hour after 12 weeks..

Hours

You need to be able to work rotating shifts every week. The hours of work are: 06.00am to 2.00pm, 2.00pm to 10.00pm and 10.00pm to 06.00am; Monday to Friday
