MYNT Recruitment are a busy Employment Business in the Yorkshire area. We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our friendly team in Hull. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm working a 40 hour week.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Payroll Administrator with a strong background in processing volume payroll, with an up to date knowledge of PAYE, NI, SMP, SSP and other payroll legislation including RTI. The starting pay is £18600 per annum. We also offer a health care scheme, pension, excellent training and working conditions.
The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills, as well as good problem solving and prioritisation skills.
Overview
Completing weekly payroll for over 200 temporary staff
Generate time-sheets and send to customers
Liaise with customers and staff to process the hours worked
Collate timesheet information
Create invoices and email to customers
Enter new staff details on the payroll system
Send tax forms to HMRC
Create and send payslips by email
Reception and Customer Service duties
You will be expected to help to interview candidates both face to face and over the phone
You will be expected to advertise and search for candidates.
