Mechanical Fitter Permanent

Mechanical Fitter required in the S3 area of Sheffield on a permanent basis!

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 7am – 4:30pm with occasional Saturday work

Salary: up to £40,000 depending on experience and skill set

Other benefits of the role: Onsite parking, progression and development opportunities, overtime available and 20 days holiday plus stats.

Job duties to include:

• Immediately respond to and assist in the correction of breakdowns
• Provide technical support
• Responsible for the repair of machinery and the maintenance of facilities, tooling and equipment
• Assisting in the operation of the site to ensure plant availability and production is maintained at the highest possible level
• Comply with legislation and company standards
• Comply with all company policies
• Experience in Heavy Machinery required.
