We are representing our client based within the S65 area of Rotherham who are looking to recruit a General Operations Manager on a permanent basis, with the salary to range from £38,000 – £45,000.

Responsibilities of the General Operations Manager:
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer to manage a team of 40+ colleagues through 4 direct management reports
You will have the overall responsibility for the inbound and outbound operations of the business
You will have the overall responsibility for the Dispatch and Customer Service teams
You will be working with the Digital Team to research, implement and own inventory management systems
Full site H&S control
Assisting with various aspects of facilities management
Accountable for people development and performance management
