THE ROLE & DUTIES
As the HR Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Be responsible for the management, coordination and processing of the whole payroll process
Ensure best practice & compliant with employment legislation
Provide HR advice, guidance and support to managers and employees
Coaching managers through policies and procedures as required
Manage the recruitment process
Manage the time and attendance, face recognition and holiday systems
Keep HR KPIs up to date and report to Management on monthly basis
Organise all company H&S training
Support CEO and CFO with solid HR advice on complex and sensitive ER issues
Do you have substantial generalist HR Experience including payroll, change management and managing ER issues? Are you CIPD qualified or have equivalent HR experience? If you are interested in this role then please apply.
