Role, Duties, and Responsibilities
To ensure that the Goods Inwards processes are undertaken effectively to meet production targets and client needs within Sla
Ensure all KPIs are met in areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost and Customer Service
Ensure all anomalies are Investigated and followed up until a conclusion is reached or Raised with the Account Manager
Make sure all new clients /Skus are set up correctly with all the correct information i.e Dims, Weights, Barcodes, Min, Max
Work collaboratively as part of the Warehouse Supervisory team to achieve organisational goals and objectives
Constantly review practices in the Goods In area, to ensure the area is fully utilised
Provide effective leadership to the Goods in team to consistently achieve departmental objectives
Provide support and development to your Team through regular performance monitoring and coaching
Conduct regular performance reviews with your Staff to analyse performance and assess training and development opportunities
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the Warehouse and ensure that health and safety within the warehouse is maintained and adhered to by staff
Ensure all staff are introduced fully on to Order Wise as required
Key Performance Indicators
100% achievement of pre-agreed contractual client SLA’s, within budget
Keep and maintain a less than 0.01% error rate
Technical Skills and Experience

Experience of using warehouse management systems
