A brilliant opportunity has become available for a company in Sheffield who are looking for a General Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.
Job Duties:
Providing administrative/clerical support to all departments within the business
Liaising with business teams to ensure the workflow process is as smooth as possible, gathering relevant data and information as required by the Business Manager
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Maintaining and updating filing system, and ensuring that associated information on server database corresponds correctly
Preparing meeting rooms and facilitating smooth meeting flow
Monitoring stock levels (eg stationery)
Liaising with clients in relation to invoicing and late payments
Minute taking for various team meetings
Data entry and support, keeping systems updated as required
Front reception duties
Essential
Competent IT user with working knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages including Excel and Word;
Experience of working in an administrative role;
Ability to self-manage, work on own initiative and as part of a team;
Excellent organisational skills and working to deadlines;
Maintaining confidentiality;
Attention to detail.
Hours & Pay of work:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4.45pm paying £8.91 p/ hour
