Our award-winning client are currently looking for a Fulfilment Support Technician to join their expanding and developing team.
This role will be offering a starting salary of anywhere in between £19,000 – £22,000 per annum, based on experience and knowledge of running systems. You will be working Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 16.30pm initially, but flexibility of working hours is key, as sometimes you will be required to work 12.00pm – 20.00pm, to accommodate varying opening hours of other units in the company.
The purpose of the Fulfilments support technician is to be responsible for the day-to-day support of the operations in all sites to both internal colleagues and external 3rd parties. The role demands strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to prioritise and manage workloads with a strong attention to detail. A logical approach to troubleshooting & problem solving is key to ensure minimal operational impact.
The key responsibilities and accountabilities in this role include, but are not limited too;
Systems monitoring (Magento, ERP, and WMS are desirable)
React to alerts from monitoring systems
Identifying and resolving system issues
Ensure all issues are handled effectively
Organise the appropriate resource to resolve incidents in the fastest time possible
Managing multiple Jira tickets at one time
Owning problems through to resolution to ensure minimal operational impact
Providing support to all teams within the organisation
Follow the departments processes, policies, and procedures
Intimate knowledge of the organisation’s computing systems
Exceptional technical expertise
Time and task management
Active listening skills
Testing and evaluating all systems
Proficiency in Windows Operating systems

WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
