£9.00 per Hour

Monday – Friday

Weekly Rotating Shift Patterns of 6.00am – 14.00pm / 14.00pm – 22.00pm

Temp to Perm Role

***MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO RURAL LOCATION***

• Our client, based on the outskirts of York are looking to recruit several food production operatives join their manufacturing company. The company itself has undergone a lot of investment in new products and machinery and are looking to invest heavily in expanding their team.

The company work with a variation of food product, including raw meat.

In this role you will;

• Ideally have experience in food handling and processing
• Have superior standards of personal hygiene
• Have your own transport due to due the location
• Quality checking on the production line and removing defective items
• Keeping machines supplied with packaging materials and labels
• Reporting machine faults to shift supervisors and maintenance staff
• Making minor adjustments to machine settings to handle changes from one type of product or container to another
• Packing product ready for dispatch
