Salary: £40,000 per annum

Working Days & Hours: Monday – Thursday 07.00-16.00 & Friday 07.00-12.00

The Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Sheffield. You will be proactive, resilient and have excellent communication skills with a customer focused mindset.
The role will include a full training package with pathways for progression and salary increases in line with skills increases. They will recognise that the success of our business is based on that of our customers and should demonstrate a clear understanding of our customer’s needs. They should have a proven track record of sales and working to key account management principles together with good organisational and communication skills. You will be based in Sheffield and this position will suit a self-motivated individual who is looking to progress their career in a challenging and stimulating work environment
More and Your Role
You will ensure that Customer Accounts Team (CAT) are delivering excellence within customer satisfaction to our international customer base.
Facilitate strong communication between all key stakeholders within CAT, Sales, and supply chain.
Act as a point of escalation for both UK and Malaysia CA Teams.
Act as the first point of escalation for our international customer base and escalate key issues to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Work within the Senior Leadership Team to contributes to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies, and best practices.
Provide accurate reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director.
You will develop a high performing team through ongoing training and coaching.
You will be responsible for the management of the Customer Accounts Team on items such as Training & Development and HR Matters and will need to feed back to the Sales & Marketing Director.
About you
You will have previous experience of working within a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment and have well rounded knowledge of customer service and administration.
Ideally you will have previous management experience and a good understanding of all aspects of running a successful office team.
Above all you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service.
You will have a proven track record of being resilient in the face of customer escalations.
Microsoft Office proficient
Ability to analyse data and proactively utilise the results.
Highly self-motivated and exceptional organisational skills.
