We are currently representing our well established client based within the S60 area of Rotherham who are looking to expand their customer service team.
Job duties will include but aren’t limited to:
Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
Accurate inputting of customer orders and quotations
Data inputting
Dealing with customer issues and queries
Following queries through to a conclusion
Responsible for returns and collections
Dealing with POD’s
Dealing with other departments
Using the company computer systems
To be proactive in resolving customer issues involving other departments as necessary
You will be required to keep up to date with the products and services
The successful candidate must have:
Experience using SAGE packages
Strong customer focus
Customer service or administration experience
We are looking for somebody who is enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude who is willing to take a hands-on approach towards tasks.
