Mynt Recruitment are on the look out for an experienced and personable customer service representative for our forward thinking, growing but personable client in Rotherham.
The business has gone from strength to strength and because of that are looking to appoint an additional member in to their customer service team. You would be joining a small but friendly team who all help each other out and pitch in when the work load gets busy.
For the right person this role will start immediately.
The role will involve:
Taking inbound calls
Making schedules outbound calls
Contact delivery drivers to chase up delivery times
Processing order and generating prices for orders
Dealing with upset customers and resolving their queries
The opportunity involves working weekends on a rota system, so you wouldn’t be expected to work every weekend but must be flexible with working some weekends. The business is such a friendly and vibrant place to be, that if you enjoy speaking to people and resolving problems, this will be the right for you.
You must have the right attitude to be successful in this role and be a real team player.
The working hours are
9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Working 1 in 5 weekends
