Mynt Recruitment are currently recruiting for 2 customer service advisers for a unique business in the Rotherham area. The role will involve dealing with online chat and email enquiries, plus dealing with outgoing follow up calls.
The role:
· Chasing up orders
· Answering customer service queries via mail
· Communicating via live web chat
· Speaking with suppliers
The working hours are split across 2 shifts, 9am to 5pm and 12pm to 8pm. Weekend shifts are 9am to 5pm. Weekends are on a rota basis, currently working 2 partial weekends per month but eventually will move to 1 partial weekend per month
Experience required:
· Substantial customer service experience is essential
· Experience with email queries is ideal
· You must be proficient with using a computer and have excellent written communication skills
