An innovative and dynamic company specialising in the manufacturing and distributing of high quality products within the healthcare industry are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their ever expanding and developing team.

An active research and development team permanently engaged in discovering and developing new innovative products, as well as improving our existing ones heads up this amazing company.
For this role, as a preferred candidate you will have good customer service skills, a willingness to learn, working knowledge of all Microsoft packages, as well as having experience working in an office environment.
Your key tasks as a Customer Service Assistant will be to complete general order processing for all of the companies under the clients umbrella, as well as answering phone calls and dealing with customer enquires, or alternatively passing them through to the appropriate department. You will also be asked to take orders over the phone where necessary, as well as giving information and helping to solve customer related problems. The right candidate will also have the ability to multi task and perform other related duties within the customer service office. You will also need to carry post general administrative duties such as checking e-faxes, emailing, and reception duties.
In this role, you will be working Monday – Friday, 37.5 a week plus 30 mins unpaid lunch between 7.30am and 5.30pm. Hours to be discussed at interview and confirmed on appointment.
The rate of pay will begin at £17850 per annum, and increase after 3 month probationary period.
Please be aware that this is a permanant placement for 6 months maternity cover, and will possibly go on after the 6 month contract.
