Mynt Recruitment are on the lookout for an experienced and personable customer service administrator for our forward thinking, growing client in Rotherham.
The business has gone from strength to strength and because of that are looking to appoint an additional member in to their customer service team. You would be joining a small but friendly team who all help each other out and pitch in when the work load gets busy.
For the right person this role will start immediately.
The role will involve:
Taking inbound calls
Making schedules outbound calls
Contact delivery drivers to chase up delivery times
Processing order and generating prices for orders
Dealing with upset customers and resolving their queries
Inputting quotes on to Sage software
Booking engineering visits
You must have the right attitude to be successful in this role and be a real team player.
The working hours are
9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work from home
