Mynt Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Coordinator to join our well established client based within the S60 area of Rotherham who are currently experiencing a period of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team on a permanent basis.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Working with the Marketing department to follow up warm leads to generate sales
Inbound sales processing
Use a customer relationship management system to track lead follow up and activity
Manage and develop campaign activity in conjunction with Marketing and field sales teams direction from the Sales and Marketing Manager
Work with customer service to promote upselling across the business
Develop a proactive outward sales department
Generate new business by communicating via telephone and email with customers
Work with the field sales team on new customer or enquiries to generate sales
Write tender bids and liaise with authorities to win new business or secure existing business
Provide support within different departments

Salary: Starting at £19,000 with the potential of it increasing after a successful probation period.
