Internal Admin Support position available based in Dinnington (S25) on a permanent basis.
Salary: to start between £21,000 – £23,000
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 8:45am – 4:45pm and Friday, 8:45am – 3pm

Job duties of the Internal Admin Support:
Receiving, logging and processing customer enquiries
Preparing customer quotations in a timely and professional manner
Following up on quotations and logging all customer feedback
Entering customer orders on to the system
Liaising with various internal departments including technical, finance and production
Providing daily updates
Responding customer order progress requests
Communicating with the purchasing department to gain lead time and price information
