We are recruiting a Admin Assistant to work in a company based in the Osbaldwick area.
The working hours for this position consist of working from Monday to Friday- day working. Your hourly rate will be £10.27ph working 36.5 hours per week.
I am looking to speak to anyone who has experience in the following;
Supporting office manager and team in a variety of aspects
Answering and processing incoming calls.
Managing diaries
Scheduling servicing calls
Providing sales support and creating sales flyers and mailshots.
Creating and managing reports to management to assist with compliance and management audits.

Please note;
Previous office and customer support experience is essential.
Excellent administration skills and attention to detail is essential.
You MUST have the ability to use own initiative to problem solve and work under pressure.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage products is essential.
A confident attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential.
