Hybrid working role available – Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm – Customer Service Advisor
Our prestigious manufacturing client, based just out of Rotherham town centre, are receruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growin team.
Your duties will include:
Process customer orders and provide quotes
Provide customers with product info
Deal with emails/phone calls for customer service in general
Communicate with distributor/dealer accounts, to identify needs/problems, and propose solutions, to help develop business/grow sales
Relevant data inputting into Sage and CRM
Manage POD’s and provide for customers on request
Liaise effectively with other departments
Support customer services dept with export, projects, customer portal orders and queries
Keep up to date with products and services relevant to target markets
Sit in on meetings and interact with colleagues when required
You must:
Be able to work to tight deadlines
Be approachable and friendly and able to speak to people of all levels
Have experience using SAGE and CRM systems
In return the company offer:
Hybrid approach to working. You will be required in the office 2 days a week and work from home 3 days a week
Salary of £21,000 PA
An hour for lunch
