Operations Co-Ordinator Permanent

This exciting manufacturing company in Beverley have sustained continuous growth and require an Operations Co-Ordinator to join their team.

As an Operations Co-Ordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Co-ordinate transport for all incoming and outgoing products
  • Dealing directly with customers updating them with any enquires they may have
  • Setting up new vendor/customer/supplier details on the computer system
  • Updating and generating reports for management meetings and monthly KPI’s
  • Raise invoices in line with customer orders
  • Update stock as and when required
  • General office duties including filing and answering the phone
  • Covering the reception for holidays, busy periods and sickness

To be a successful Operations Co-Ordinator, you will have the following skills and experiences:

If you have worked as an Operations Administrator, Operations Co-ordinator, Production Administrator, Supply chain Co-ordinator then we would be interested in speaking with you.

And in return, an Operations Co-Ordinator will receive a salary of £17k – £19k depending on experience. You will be entitled to 25 days holidays and employer pension contribution of 5%.  Working 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 to 14:30 on Fridays.
