An innovative and dynamic company specialising in the manufacturing and distributing of high quality products within the healthcare industry are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their ever expanding and developing team.

The company was formed over 10 years ago and has delivered over 20 new and exciting products. Believing that their approach is unique within the healthcare industry, it has resulted in sales volumes more than tripling per day. An active research and development team permanently engaged in discovering and developing new innovative products, as well as improving our existing ones heads up this amazing company.

The position is working day working hours, Monday to Friday, no working weekends and no Banks Holidays. With the working hours being full time, based off a 37.5 hour week. The rate of pay for this position will be a starting salary of £17,500 per annum, raising to £18,800 after a 6 month probationary period. As a Customer Service assistant, you will be required to provide an efficient and confidential level of administrative and customer service support.

Your key tasks as a Customer Service Assistant will be to complete general order processing for all of the companies under the clients umbrella, as well as answering phone calls and dealing with customer enquires, or alternatively passing them through to the appropriate department. You will also be asked to take orders over the phone where necessary, as well as giving information and helping to solve customer related problems. The right candidate will also have the ability to multi task and perform other related duties within the customer service office. You will also need to carry post general administrative duties such as checking e-faxes, emailing, and reception duties.

For this role, as a preferred candidate you will have good customer service skills, a willingness to learn, working knowledge of all Microsoft packages, as well as having experience working in an office environment.
