An established and innovative digital printing and graphic design company are looking for an administrator to join their close and friendly team.

Established in 2005, this company have gone from strength to strength becoming a well-known and recognised local digital printing and graphic design team. They are a family run business who are a small and hardworking team. They have the skills, experience and the knowledge to help you, which has been complimented with new and developing technologies. They deliver a valued service, with high quality products.

The company are currently recruiting for an administrator to join their team, but they are looking for a good all-rounder, who is willing to learn and develop. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, starting at 9.30am and finish at 17.00pm with a 30mins unpaid break. Starting salary will be £8.50 per hour, with scope to increase after a 12 week probationary period. The duties and responsibilities of an administrator in this company are very varied, as they are looking for someone who can help out in all aspects of the business. You must be computer literate and have a basic knowledge of outlook. Duties in this role will include but are not limited to;

  • Answering telephones and transferring calls
  • Taking orders or messages for relevant people within the company
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Ordering / controlling stock
  • Running copying machines
  • Readying and dispatching packages
  • Print finishing
  • Customer service
  • Taking payment both over the phone and in person

As you can see, this is a very varied position, where your admin duties are just as important as the finishing roles you will undoubtedly be given ad well.

No job should be too small for this person, and every duty you complete should be of the same quality- whether that’s customer service, folding paper or even making cups of tea.
